5.所有輥、軸類內孔均進行切削加工（gōng），保證壁厚均勻一致、確保高速運轉時平穩可靠；在加工過程中（zhōng），經過多次調質處（chù）理消除應力變化，通過磨削加工後表麵（miàn）進行鍍層保護。

6.應用免鍵連（lián）接器（qì），消除傳（chuán）統連（lián）接所產生的間隙，保持機器印刷套色長期精準。

7.傳動潤滑機構采用噴淋式防減裝置；潤滑係統自動（dòng）循環，並（bìng）裝置防滲漏油機構。

送紙部功能：

1.機械（xiè）控製前緣進紙機構，具有響應速度快（kuài）、定位精度高、係統穩定好、使用壽命長等特點，保證了機器長期使用穩定性(可選伺服)。

2.用電子凸輪替代複雜的機械凸輪控製，輸紙輪軸與電機（jī）軸采用同步帶連接，消除了（le）送紙（zhǐ）輪工作（zuò）中的所有間隙，有效提高送紙精準度，並（bìng）可（kě）避免紙板左右跑偏現象。

3.真空吸輔風（fēng）量變頻（pín）調節；設（shè）置連（lián）續輸送（sòng）和（hé）隔張送紙功能；設置上（shàng）吸塵除屑機構，並可自動進行風量調整（zhěng）。

4.采用（yòng）獨特的快換式半輪結構（gòu），使進紙輪圓麵磨損均勻（yún）一致，保證送紙位置（zhì）的長（zhǎng）期一致性；更換膠輪時隻須直接卸裝（zhuāng），方便（biàn）、快捷減少輔助時間，使機器使用（yòng）更安全、經濟（jì）。

印刷部功能（néng）：

1.觸摸屏、電動按鈕（niǔ）雙係統控製印刷相位、軸向位置；印版（bǎn）輥具有擦版記憶自動複位功能。

2.操作部設置墨輥及墨泵啟、停功能；每色組設置急停保護開關。

3.網紋輥送紙部聯動升降工作，著墨時（shí）同印版間隙電動調整；印版輥同走紙吸風箱壓力電動調整，並可以分別調整風量設定。

4.膠輥（gǔn）勻墨係統采用新型（xíng）工藝，在確保實地印刷同時兼容六十線以上（shàng）的高網點印刷。

5.可選配密封腔（qiāng）雙刮刀勻墨機構，采用整體型勻（yún）墨防滲柴置，避免工作時（shí）油墨外濫；其特殊割刀角度讓（ràng）勻墨轉移更理想，可輕鬆實現100線（xiàn）網點印刷，並（bìng）可延長割刀和網紋輥的使用壽命。

6.印刷相位附電磁離合器製動機構，機台分離時（shí）可自動鎖住齒輪位置，防止印版輥（gǔn）零位丟失。

7.印版部裝置電動腳踩開關，可快速掛版、調（diào）整，方便換版和擦洗工作。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動（dòng）按（àn）鈕調整雙係統操作，可完成開精箱高、相位、軸向移動調整。

2.配置自鎖功能預壓快調機構，保證了盤、軸之間長期精度，壓線時或緩了對紙板的破壞。

3.包裹了憂質聚氮脂的（de）壓線上輪（lún），保證了紙板（bǎn）硬度免遭破壞（huài）。

4.設置（zhì）同步聯動電動軸向移動，使上下壓線輪、上下開槽刀盤、導向輪同步進行凋整；自潤耐磨導向機構，保證了移（yí）位長期正確和提高耐用度（dù）。

5.壓（yā）線輪（lún）軸、開槽輪軸選（xuǎn）用優質合金鋼，經（jīng）表麵（miàn）研磨加工後鍍硬鉻處理；分別（bié）經過粗、精兩台動（dòng）平衡設（shè）備上進行校正，保證找到最佳平衡點（diǎn）。

6.選用優質合金鋼（gāng）開槽刀，齒形刀刃寬度為（wéi）7mm。
