全自動（dòng）紙箱印刷機（jī）

  4.所有輥、軸類內孔（kǒng）均進行切削加（jiā）工，保證壁厚均勻一致、確保高速運轉時平穩可靠（kào）；在加工過程中，經過多次調質處理消除（chú）應力（lì）變化，通（tōng）過磨（mó）削加工後（hòu）表麵進行鍍層保護。

  5.應用免鍵（jiàn）連接器，消除傳統連接所產生的間隙，保持機（jī）器印刷套色長期精準。

  6.傳動潤滑機構采（cǎi）用噴（pēn）淋式防減裝置；潤滑係統自動循（xún）環，並裝置防滲漏油機（jī）構。

送紙部功能（néng）：

1.機械控製前緣進紙機構，具（jù）有響應速度快、定位精度高、係統穩定（dìng）好、使用壽命長等特點，保證（zhèng）了機器長（zhǎng）期使用穩定性(可選伺服)。

2.用電子凸輪替代複雜的機械凸輪控製，輸紙輪軸與電機軸采用同步（bù）帶連接，消（xiāo）除了送紙輪工作中的所有間隙，有效提高送紙精準度，並可避免（miǎn）紙板左右跑偏現象。

3.真空吸輔風量變（biàn）頻調節（jiē）；設置連續輸送和隔張送紙功能；設置上吸塵除屑機構，並可自動進行風量調整。

4.采用獨特的快換式半輪結構，使進紙（zhǐ）輪圓麵磨（mó）損均勻一致，保證送紙位置（zhì）的長期一致性；更換（huàn）膠輪時隻須直接卸裝，方便、快捷減少輔助時間，使機器使用更安全、經濟。

5.可設定訂單數量，完成後自（zì）動停止進紙輸送；左右擋板、後擋板工作位置電動調整（zhěng），自動側齊紙工作頻率可任意設置（zhì）；能實現同自動上料機之間（jiān）聯動（dòng）工作。

6.傳送紙膠輥前、後雙軸構造，保證走紙準確一致性；膠層為內軟外硬（yìng）結合型（xíng），具有良好的伸展性和耐（nài）磨性。

印刷部功能：

1.觸摸屏、電動按鈕雙係統控（kòng）製印刷相位、軸向位（wèi）置；印（yìn）版輥（gǔn）具有擦版記（jì）憶自動複位功能。

2.操作部設置墨輥及墨泵啟、停功能（néng）；每色組設置急停保護開關。

3.網紋輥送紙部聯動升降工作，著墨時同（tóng）印（yìn）版間隙電動調整；印版輥同走紙吸風（fēng）箱壓力電動調整，並可以分別調整風量設定。

4.膠輥勻（yún）墨係統采用新型工藝，在（zài）確保（bǎo）實（shí）地印刷同時兼容六十線以上的高網點印刷（shuā）。

5.可選配密封腔雙刮刀勻墨機構，采用整體型勻墨防滲柴置，避免工作時油（yóu）墨外濫（làn）；其特殊割刀角度讓勻（yún）墨轉移更（gèng）理（lǐ）想，可輕鬆實現100線網點印（yìn）刷，並可延長割刀和網紋輥的使用壽命。

6.印刷（shuā）相位附電磁離合器製動（dòng）機構，機台分離時可自動（dòng）鎖住齒輪位置（zhì），防止印版輥零（líng）位丟失。

7.印版部裝置電動腳踩開關（guān），可快速掛版、調整，方便換版和擦洗工作。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動按鈕調整雙係統操（cāo）作（zuò），可完（wán）成開精箱高、相位、軸向移（yí）動調整。

2.配置自（zì）鎖功能預壓快調機構，保證了盤、軸之間長期精度，壓線（xiàn）時或緩了對紙板的破壞。

3.包裹了憂質聚氮脂的壓線上輪，保證了紙板硬度免遭破壞。

4.設置同（tóng）步聯動電動軸向移動，使上下壓線輪（lún）、上下開槽刀盤、導向輪同步（bù）進行凋（diāo）整；自潤耐磨導向機構，保證了移位長期正確和提高耐用度。

5.壓線輪軸、開槽（cáo）輪（lún）軸選（xuǎn）用優質合金（jīn）鋼，經表（biǎo）麵研（yán）磨加工後（hòu）鍍硬鉻（gè）處（chù）理；分（fèn）別經過粗、精兩台動平衡設備上進行校正（zhèng），保證找到最佳平衡點。

6.選用優質合金鋼（gāng）開槽（cáo）刀，齒形刀刃寬度為7mm。

模切部功能

1.觸模屏和電動按（àn）鈕雙係統控製工作，可對模切部進行相位和軸向調整，後側部安裝印刷、開槽調整按鈕，並設置主機開、關及加減速功能。

2.采用獨特的內置差速補（bǔ）償裝置，當優力膠墊外徑變化時，可以自動進行線速度補償，確保生產工件規格的一致性，並可增加優力膠墊使用壽命。

3.當模切部開始工作時，模版（bǎn）輥自動提升至工作位置，優力膠墊輥進入自動位移（yí）工作狀態（tài）；優力膠墊輥同模版輥差異化特速設（shè）計；裝置膠墊自動切削修複機構（gòu），可對優力膠進行多（duō）次修複。

4.模版輥、膠墊輥均選用優質鋼材，先正火處（chù）理後進行內外切削加工，經精磨加工鍍硬鉻（gè）處理，分別進行動平衡校正。

5.按裝帶有防偏跑位的自動糾偏功能的清廢輸送裝（zhuāng）置。

6.可（kě）選用何服控製線速度補償機構，能製作更高精度（dù）的橫切（qiē）紙箱。

4.Die cutter roller , anvil cover roler use quality steel products, Quenching first and take place cutting for inside and outside by turninggrinding processing and hard chrome , to move their respective balance.

5.Install the right deviation device for the vibration.
